Worrying Spikes-up a Problem Rather Than Fixing It

There are lots of issues I’ve been faced with, that mere dwelling my thoughts on them haven’t helped me resolve one bit.

I am a ‘thinker’ but I’d rather say “I used to be”. And that’s because I now enroll in the college that stresses on ‘worrying as a time-wasting, mind-disturbing and returns-unyielding venture’.

I’ve actually got so many memories of pinning my thoughts to a wreckful happenstance that resulted to a more disastrous occurrence, and there’s this particular one I’ll like to share.

Just right in college, I have literally felt so terrible about my performance in a particular course exam that preparing for the next one was almost impossible.

You may want to know what happened at the end.

I guess you can relate to any of these, even if not all of them, like me. And the truth is, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Won’t we brood over heart-breaking occurrences?

Shouldn’t we stare at spilled milk some more, and wish it could be gathered together to make our custards more delicious?

Or can’t we cry some more to ease up our pains and relief us a little from our caged broddings?

Yes, we will,
We should
and we can.

But what becomes a menace is when we dwell on them like our very being has been enwrapped by the happenstance.

So let’s stop brooding too much and being too hard on ourselves.

Be kind to your mind!

No matter what it is,
just breathe, you’ll definitely be fine.

Let things beyond control be. Overthinking is delicate to the well-being of a person.

Lovely piece. Over thinking causes a lot of damage. It creates problems that don’t exist. And I speak from experience

Worrying has never been a solution to any problem, life is too short, worry less and live your best life!

Lovely piece…. Just like the bible says, no one can make a strand of hair white from worry. So stop it!!!!!
